Radial Drill - Z3032x10

A radial drilling machine, also known as a cross arm drill. The headstock can be moved to the left and right on the rocker arm and rotated ±180° around the column with the rocker arm. The rocker arm can also be raised and lowered along the outer column to accommodate workpieces of different heights. Smaller workpieces can be mounted on the workbench and larger workpieces can be placed directly on the machine base or on the floor. Radial Drilling Machines are widely used in single and small batch production to process the holes of larger and heavier workpieces. Radial Drilling Machines are available in a wide range of screw holes, threaded bottom holes and oil holes for drilling large workpieces.

The radial drilling machine is mainly composed of a base, an inner column, an outer column, a rocker arm, a headstock and a workbench. The inner column is fixed at one end of the base, and an outer column is sleeved on the outer side thereof, and the outer column can be rotated 360 degrees around the inner column. One end of the rocker arm is a sleeve, which is placed on the outer column to move up and down. Since the screw rod is integrated with the outer column and the lifting nut is fixed on the rocker arm, the rocker arm cannot rotate around the outer column, and can only rotate around the inner column together with the outer column. The headstock is a composite component consisting of the main drive motor, the spindle and spindle drive, the feed and shift mechanism, and the operating mechanism of the machine. on the horizontal rail of the rocker arm and can be operated by the handwheel to move along the rocker arm on the horizontal rail.
