Manual Tube Roller - TR-38

The TR-38 Manual Tube Roller is a versatile, heavy-duty radius roller designed for precise and controlled forming of round and square tubing. Ideal for fabrication, automotive, maintenance and general metalworking applications, it produces smooth, consistent curves through a progressive rolling action.

The adjustable upper roller applies controlled pressure to the workpiece, while the lower rollers can be positioned across 5 bending roll positions to suit the required radius. Simply feed the tube between the rollers, turn the hand crank to pass the material through, progressively adjust the upper roller and repeat until the desired curve is achieved.

Interchangeable roller sets allow quick changeover between common tube sizes, while the graduated scale and pointer provide a convenient reference for repeatable settings.

Built around a rugged steel frame with bench-mounting holes, the TR-38 combines strength, versatility and simple manual operation for forming frames, handrails, gates, automotive components and custom fabrication projects.
