Overview

The Hafco Metalmaster EB-330FAS is a fully automatic hitch feed, single mitre bandsaw designed for repetitive cutting of small to medium sized sections in single or pack forms.

Mitre cutting from 0° to 45° right in automatic cycle and from 0° to 60° right in semi-automatic cycle
7” NC touch screen controller
Programmable controller with 20 stored programs
Bi-metal blade function retracts vice after cut to prevent blade rubbing on return
Trim cut function allows to start your cutting from a square & clean surface
500mm stroke hitch feed vice with ballscrews & servo driven motor
Inverter controlled infinitely variable blade speed 25-85mpm
Swivel head for single mitre cutting to 60º degrees
Quick action lock/release lever for swivel head
Adjustable hydraulic cylinder for auto feed
Automatic hydraulic vice incorporated with a manual hand wheel
Vibration free, low noise operation ensures clean & high precision cuts
Mechanical device (position sensor) that allows the saw frame to lower quickly toward the material and detect automatically the start-cut point
User friendly blade tension system with gauge
Ball bearing blade guides ensures minimal blade clearance wear and increases blade life due to less friction
Coolant system incorporating a wash down hose with trigger gun
