Wetstone Grinder - WSG-200

The HAFCO WOODMASTER WSG-200 Wetstone Grinder is a compact single speed sharpening system designed for controlled and accurate sharpening of knives, chisels, woodworking tools and a wide range of general-purpose cutting tools.

With its lightweight moulded construction, operating at a slow 115rpm, the WSG-200 features a Ø200 x 40mm K220 wet grinding stone that runs through a water reservoir to help minimise heat build-up and protect the hardness of the cutting edge during sharpening. On the opposite side, a large Ø200 x 30mm leather honing wheel is used with honing paste to remove fine burrs, polish the cutting edge and produce a smooth, refined finish.

Forward and reverse wheel rotation provides flexibility for different sharpening techniques, while the adjustable universal support can be configured for horizontal or vertical sharpening. The supplied grinding jig and angle guide provide additional control for accurate and repeatable results.

With its lightweight moulded construction, compact footprint and integrated carry handle, the WSG-200 is easy to move, set up and store, making it an excellent sharpening solution for home workshops, woodworking enthusiasts, maintenance areas and general workshop use.
