Overview
The PN-76HD Pipe & Tube Notcher / Linisher is designed primarily for notching of tube & pipe with the added versatility that's ideal for deburring & linishing all types of steels. At the notching station, the swivel vice allows to notch your steel at any angle between 90 to 30 degrees & with the quick-change tension system you can quickly change the diameter of the front roller to suit the diameter of the notch you require. The heavy-duty base has storage for the 7 sets of notching rollers to keep them within easy reach saving you time when changing between sizes & with a powerful 3Kw 415v motor it will remove material quickly & easily.

- Ø20-76mm OD tube notching capacity
- 1/2" - 2-1/2" NB pipe notching capacity
- Powerful 3kW / 4hp, 415V motor with overload protection
- 2 x speed motor 1400rpm for stainless steel, 2800rpm for steel
- Triple working stations for Notching, de-burring & edge sanding
- Quick action compound swivel vice from 30-90º
- Large diameter bearings on notching rollers for HD applications
- Heavy duty leadscrew vice for increasing clamp pressure
- Quick change belt system for fast and easy change of grinding rolls – no tools required
- Pre-set spring device allows for continuous belt tension
- Solid pedestal stand with built in storage rack for notching rollers
