Features
- Easy and simple operation, connect direct into 240V power
- Light weight aluminium alloy formers with large angle of arc to support pipe during bending
- Enclosed, maintenance-free mono-block hydraulic system with automatic piston return
- High thrust hydraulic pump with 150kN (15T) piston rating for high speed operation
- Powerful 240V compact motor for efficiency with portability
- Quick & easy to adjust guide pins to suit pipe
- Bends pipe up to a maximum of 90º
- The ram spigot hole on BRAMLEY formers is 38mm. This can be bushed to suit smaller ram diameters
- Complete with six pipe formers ( 1/2” to 2” N.B.), two bobbins (support rollers) & pins

- Ø1/2" has 75mm centreline radius
- Ø3/4" has 105mm centreline radius
- Ø1" has 140mm centreline radius
- Ø1-1/4" has 175mm centreline radius
- Ø1-1/2" has 200mm centreline radius
- Ø2" has 240mm centreline radius
