Overview
The HMT-24 Electric Tapping Arm provides fast, accurate and effortless thread tapping for a wide range of metalworking applications. Powered by a 1.2kW servo motor, it delivers smooth, controlled operation with adjustable speed up to 200rpm and convenient touchscreen control.
The articulated 1180mm radius swivel arm allows the tapping head to be positioned quickly over the workpiece, reducing manual handling and making repetitive tapping operations considerably faster. Dual air springs provide smooth movement and stable positioning, while the motor unit can be adjusted from 0° to 90° for both vertical and angled tapping.
With a tapping capacity from M6 to M24, quick-action chuck and 9 tap collets included, the HMT-24 is an ideal addition to fabrication shops, engineering workshops and production environments.
