DUTIES
- Assisting customers, sales staff, workshop/technicians with spare parts determination
- Attend to counter, phone and online sales, quotes & enquiries for spare parts
- General administration and housekeeping of spare parts
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for spare parts
- Assisting with incoming parts processing and warehouse stock audits

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Previous parts interpretation experience
- Good knowledge of equipment used in the metal working & wood working industry
- Strong attention to detail combined with exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Ability to work in a team & multi-task in a fast pace environment
