A username is an account identifier that is unique to your account, on our site. Our site uses your email address as your username.

You can update your contact information at any time through using the Account Page.
To use the account page, you need to be logged in. Once logged in, click on the the Account link at the top of any page to update your details.

Choose the Forgot Password link on the Login/Register page, and we will send you a temporary password to your registered email address. You can use this temporary password to log in and access your account and make any necessary changes.
