How do I place an order?
To place an order simply add all the items to your cart, log in (or register) and proceed to check out. On the checkout page you will select payment method, delivery/pickup options as well as set special instructions.
How do I view my order
You simply click the View Cart button on the top right hand side of the screen.
Where do I input my promotional code?
In Step 1 in the checkout menu you will see an option on the right hand side saying "PROMOTIONAL CODE". Input the promotional code here and this will effectively discount the product.
How do I obtain a promotional code?
Promotional codes are provided to Members at Hare & Forbes Machineryhouse's discretion.

How do I track my order?
When you are logged in, you can go to your Account Page where you will be able to access current/pending orders in addition to your complete order history.

I placed my order, but wish to change/cancel it, how do I do this?
We advise you to ring us as soon as you determine you want to change or cancel your order. If you can have your order number ready this will help our friendly sales staff find your order and apply any changes to it.
