SALESPERSON

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The position will be responsible for offering outstanding service to customers in our Sydney branch.

We will provide extensive training and support. You will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with customers and developing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate may come from a trade background and be looking for a change in career direction, or alternatively, may have a background in industrial sales selling similar products.

To be successful in this role you must:
• Be able to build relationships and maintain these relationships on an ongoing basis;
• Be technically minded with knowledge of engineering machinery;
• Have good computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office;
• Be a highly motivated self-starter and a team player;
• Be results oriented; and
• Be able to act with both the customer and company’s best interests in mind.
CNC experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

PAYROLL & HR COORDINATOR – PART TIME (12 MONTH C

In this stand-alone position, you will be responsible for processing the fortnightly payroll for 160 staff across Australia and other payroll associated tasks. You will also be the sole point of contact for branch managers and employees in relation to HR, WHS and workers compensation matters.
The successful candidate will have practical payroll experience (Micropay Meridian preferred). In addition to this you will experienced in providing recruitment support to managers, be highly organized and methodical, and have great interpersonal skills.
